I need the BEST possible video quality, any COMPACT or cheaper (8-12mp) camera recommendations?

While taking pictures in the burst mode, I want to make sure the storage is not the bottleneck. Canon Digital Rebel XT is the camera.

I am buying a new camera and I was wondering what the best type is, I have tried out and few and disliked them, they make the image very organge and peoples teeth become yellow, I have tried to change the settings but it doesn’t seem to help, both cameras are Song Cybershot W320 and Canon Ixus 130. Does anyone know a good camera with good colour and won’t make teeth yellow? I also use iPhoto so I can’t photoshop them properly.
